This three day course focuses on the skills required to provide front-of-house/table service in a restaurant. The topics covered include the identification and prevention of hygiene hazards, legislation relating to alcoholic beverages, providing beverage information and suggestions as required, liaising with kitchen staff in the delivery of meals, maintaining a tidy environment for patrons, and preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
