These five day courses are intensive in providing food and kitchen services in Hospitality organisation such as Hotels, Restaurants, Bistros, Coffee Shops, Conventions and Catering Venues & Take Aways. Typical skills aim to provide participants with practical skill and knowledge necessary to carry out functional activities in the food and kitchen areas.
Each course is a partial completion in Cert II of Kitchen Operations.

 

SHORT ORDER COOK

During this intensive 5 day course you will learn all the skills necessary to provide food preparation and cooking services to work as a short order cook in cafes, hotels, small restaurants, take-aways and catering venues.
