This specialised 3 day course provides you with skills relevant to the needs of cafes, coffee shops, bistros, catering services, take-away and function venues.

Learn coffee making skills, preparation and presentation of food, sandwich making and all you need to get a great job in this popular area of hospitality.

La-Vere College provides an optional Job Placement Service with this course. On completion of this course, and with all necessary work permits in place, we will match employers’ needs with your interests, skills and requirements and assist you into a job in the hospitality industry (conditions apply).
