Delivery Mode: Internal This three day short course covers all aspects of working behind a bar and providing table service in a licensed premise. It covers hygiene skills (identifying chemical, biological, and physical hazards and risk prevention), legislative requirements pertaining to the service of alcoholic beverages , identifying underage and intoxicated patrons and refusing service, preparing espresso coffee and cleaning the equipment, clearing and cleaning empty glassware, preparing the bar and tables, and interacting with customers.
